Investing in a wedding photographer is one of the most important parts of your wedding day. Finding someone you're comfortable with that can manage your photo timeline, family portraits, and stressful, unexpected moments calmly all while capturing your unique vision isn't easy, and as your photographer, I will happily do it all! Experience is necessary to successfully pull off and capture a full wedding day as well as finding someone you can trust to guide you through the before, during, and after. My goal is to make sure you're having the best experience by giving you tips and advice along the way from posing, to outfits guides for engagements, vendor recommendations, and overall the best ways to get the most out of your timeline with the most creative and fun shots! Helping others, witnessing genuine love, and creating art is my dream job all in one, and as a wedding photographer, I am so blessed to do just that. All packages also include an in person or Zoom meeting to discuss the details, timeline, and what to expect from me on your wedding day so that we're all on the same page. I believe it is super important to meet before your wedding day just to get to know each other and know what to expect. If were already doing an engagement session together, then its not super necessary to schedule a meeting, but either way I would love to meet over coffee somewhere to make sure we have plenty of time to talk about both of our visions, how I shoot weddings, and just so I can share some tips on lighting and how we can make the most out of your photos!!
When I deliver your photos, all packages will include a link to an online digital downloadable gallery with the option to shop from a professional print lab for prints. You will also have the option to download & print your own photos as you please. Downloads are available as web-size for social media & sharing digitally and full resolution downloads are best for making prints. You will receive your sneak peek within a few days after shooting your wedding and in 6 weeks for your full wedding day gallery. I try my best to have these to you as soon as possible because I still remember that feeling of waiting for them. Your sneak peek with include moments from all parts of your day so you can have a mini recap to remember all the emotions instantly!
If your wedding will require me to travel, it will be an extra expense after 75 miles(round trip) for the Standard & Deluxe packages, 150 miles(round trip) for the Ultimate package, and 250 miles (round trip) for The Full Experience package. Travel for bridals, engagements, and rehearsal dinners are all separate and include various amount of miles for each. When you're ready to officially book, a non-refundable, initial payment of 20% of the package price that goes towards your chosen package is required to secure your date on my calendar. Upon receiving the initial payment, a contract will be sent to protect us both. Before your wedding, a questionnaire will be sent as well to gather further information to keep on record, and then we will have a Zoom meeting to go over the photo timeline and family shot list that will help us all stay organized.
FAQ
Do you use a second shooter?
All wedding packages require a second shooter. We’re all human, we get sick, have emergencies, and gear can fail. Although its unlikely, the chances of a technical difficulty with gear is always a possibility so I will always have a backup camera & a second shooter.
Another great reason for a second shooter is because you are more likely to get every important shot. The best part about that is you also will get multiple angles of those important shots. No one is perfect, and it doesn’t matter how good you are so it is always possible to unfortunately miss a shot. But having a second shooter helps make sure that that won’t happen. It also allows for more opportunities for capturing shots like the parents’ reactions as you walk down the aisle or extra detail shots when the main photographer is sticking to the timeline.
