I include 30-80 miles(round trip) for regular photography sessions and 75-300 miles(round trip) for weddings from my home address with my packages and after that I charge .70 cents per mile. For weddings, anything over a 2 hour drive from my home address(one way) will require a 1 night stay in a hotel or Airbnb, plus mileage fees after the miles that are included with your package. Anything over a 4 hour drive will require a 2 night stay, plus mileage fees. Anything over a 5 hour drive will require airfares, car rental/Uber fees, a 2 night stay in a hotel or Airbnb. Sometimes airfare can be cheaper than mileage so we will discuss the most affordable and convenient option for us both. If your wedding or session is in New Orleans or North Louisiana, rates can possibly be at a lower cost since I personally travel between the two very often. This all depends on when your wedding or session is, and if I’ll already be in your town or passing through it. If this is you, I will work with you the best I can to help with your travel fees.
